Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Our team works diligently to dispatch your products as quickly as possible. If an order is placed on a Saturday after 11 am, it will be shipped on the following Monday.


Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping. Standard delivery for orders within the U.S. typically arrives in 5-10 business days.


Once your order is shipped, the delivery timeframe is managed by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). While we ensure a fast dispatch, we cannot control delays caused by the carrier. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your AeroSpin! However, if it doesn’t sparkle your drive, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We make returns free and easy.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@riggis.com. We will guide you through the simple process and provide the necessary instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please report it to us at support@riggis.com within 72 hours of receiving your package so we can make it right.
